“Every time you help someone else, not only are you helping that person, but you are helping every person they touch. AND you are helping yourself, because we are all one.” – Hal Erod
My passion is in helping others see their true potential! Shining their light and feeling their best! My wellness career/journey began decades ago with a simple love of health and fitness, starting as an aerobics instructor, group fitness instructor and personal trainer. As life continued nutrition became a big piece of the puzzle and a sales career in nutritional supplements took on a life of its own. Still, something was missing, my love of movement and community. Over ten years ago I started an online “private” MsFitivity group that truly has a piece of my heart. Organizing fun, new and different fitness activities where everyone is a beginner and laughter, community and movement are the only goals. This made it clear that there is a need for a supportive wellness community. I have furthered my education and training to become a Health/Life Coach. Through my education and professional experiences, I have witnessed firsthand the power of habit change and how transforming FEAR into truth can completely change a life. I believe there is so much value in having an individualized system, ongoing support and accountability.
“We are not meant to heal alone. We are not meant to grow in isolation. We were never meant to figure it all out by ourselves.” – WH (wholehearted-Coaching)

Floating, also called floatation or float therapy, is a practice that involves an enclosed room or pod filled with a foot of water and 1,000 pounds of Epsom salt. The high salt content allows you to be completely buoyant as you lie in the water, and creates an experience of deep relaxation. Sometimes referred to as sensory deprivation, the practice more accurately involves minimizing external stimuli and enhancing awareness of internal stimuli. It is a unique practice that provides a long list of mental, physical, and spiritual benefits that compound over time with regular sessions.
“It takes three floats to make a floater.”
Floating is a practice that has a learning curve and an accumulation effect—the more often you do it, the better and more effective it gets, especially in the beginning! We always say that it takes three floats to make a floater, because by your third float, you will move through the mental chatter much faster and more easily sink into a deep, meditative state.
Flote also offers: Massage Therapy, Accupuncture, Naturopathic Medicine and Organic Skincare and Healing Arts

Meet Dr. Margaux French - Naturopathic Medicine
I adore naturopathic medicine. From the moment I first learned about it, I have been awed by the grace of its approach and effectiveness of its therapies. At its heart, it is not just a system of healthcare that uses natural substances instead of their drug counterparts. Rather, it is an approach to understanding and working with the body in a way that is attuned to the wisdom and complexity of nature, capable of harnessing its power and precision, to transform people’s lives.
My goal with my patients is to help them access their full potential. For me, health does not mean always eating a perfect diet or taking supplements. While these practices can be helpful, true health is much more than that—it means living in a way that is authentic, balanced, and sustainable so that you can do whatever it is that you came into this life to do.
My job is to help my patients understand what is preventing them from feeling their best—to identify the patterns that come up for them (physically, mentally, emotionally) and to understand what needs to happen to be able to shift out of those patterns.
