Why did you decide to become a Consulting Hypnotist?
Through my own struggles with anxiety and depression, I felt as though I was continuously fighting an uphill battle toward freedom. Freedom from the darkness that, at times, was so overwhelming, I couldn’t see the light at the end of that tunnel (click here to read my full story on my “Reiki Education” page).
I was unaware of how disabling my bad habits, self-sabotaging limiting thoughts and beliefs really were. Through many years of seeking alternative therapies to help me turn my life around, I was led down a road of recovery that has set me free and finally shown me the light!
I’m now well aware that the installed limiting thoughts and belief systems that I had been carrying around for so long, was keeping me from excelling and growing the beautiful life I now know I absolutley deserve. I didn’t believe that before. I do BELIEVE it now!
Heres what I’ve learned:
I’ve learned that life can be Blissful and wonderful even when I’m thrown a curveball. I now have the tools to overcome most challenging situations that may arise.
I’ve learned that my thoughts have everything to do with how my life evolves.
I’ve learned that “Self-Love” is first and fore-most, and once I choose to love me, everything else energetically flows in the right direction - no matter what.
I’ve learned that my Conscious mind and my Subconscious mind are 2 separate thought processes that need a little help to connect properly to literally “Change my Mind”.
I’ve learned that stress to the mind and body, generally due to an unhealthy lifestyle leading to Cardiovascular issues, is the #1 reason why American people are hospitalized.
I’ve learned that I can use my story to help others on their own road to recovery, turning my “Mess” into a Message.
I’ve learned that “Forward Thinking” can be a gift when generating positive outcomes for an amazing future.
I’ve learned that Hypnosis with some guidance is the key to quickly, effectively and lovingly help someone on their own journey towards freedom and a better life.
How can you help me?
I want to take all that I have learned and teach my clients how we, together, can quickly rewire and reprogram new thought patterns and belief systems, as well as gentle guidance toward a healthier lifestyle, beginning with Self-Loving habits replacing old sabotaging ones.
I don’t want this to take you years of trial and error, like it took me. That’s why I do what I do. Through a series of Hypnosis sessions combined with Reiki Healing treatments, I am intent on getting you to a place of relaxation that you may not even realize how long it’s been since you’ve felt so relaxed. Thus begins the process that leads you towards the freedom you desire and most of all deserve. It’s time to start living a “Life That’s Good!”

What should I expect during my first Hypnosis session?
The first session sets the structure for the follow-up sessions.
We will review the intake form, filled out by you, together.
I will address key points and areas of concern that will clearly stand out and briefly discuss with you the blockages, patterns, beliefs and programs that are keeping you from living your best life.
Prior to our session together I will have created a Hypnosis script tailored to your specific needs and you will have told me whether or not you would like to incorporate a Reiki Healing treatment into your session.
I will then get you into a very relaxed, comfortable position.
Your session will then begin.
How long is a typical Hypnosis session and how many sessions are required?
A typical hypnosis duration can vary depending on your needs and the goals of the session.
Your first Hypnosis session will take approximately 1hr 30min (depending if you add Reiki Healing to your session)
Your 2nd, 3rd and 4th sessions can generally run 45min - 1hr 15min.
The number of sessions required can also vary depending on the complexity of the issue being addressed, individual responsiveness to hypnosis and personal goals. Some individuals may experience significant improvements or desired outcomes after just a couple of treatments, while others my benefit from a more extended plan. We will work collaboratively and come up with a customized plan. I generally recommend 4 sessions for most individuals to ensure a successful outcome.
What is the cost of Hypnosis?
Initial Hypnosis session - $150 w/Reiki Healing - $175
Follow-up sessions - $110 w/Reiki Healing - $135

Once determined we would like to continue working as a team toward making some profound, positive changes, I will email an intake form for you to fill out. This must be filled out and returned to me at least 2 days prior your first Hypnosis session.
